What unit sizes do you offer?+
Harper Mini-Storage offers 10×10 units for $55 per month, 10×15 units for $65 per month, and 10×20 units for $75 per month.
Which units are available right now?+
Availability changes. The unit-size page shows the latest information we have, but please call or submit a rental inquiry to confirm before visiting.
Is there a deposit?+
Yes. A one-time $10 deposit is required when renting a unit.
When is rent due?+
Monthly rent is due on the first day of each month.
Do I need to bring a lock?+
No. Harper Mini-Storage provides the lock for your unit.
Do I have to sign a contract?+
Yes. Every tenant must sign a written rental agreement. That agreement—not this website—governs the storage rental and the tenant’s use of the unit.
What items are prohibited?+
Flammable materials are not allowed. Engines or equipment containing gasoline, including lawnmowers and motorcycles, may not be stored. Your written rental agreement may include additional restrictions.
Can I reserve a unit online?+
The website form is a rental inquiry, not a reservation. Harper Mini-Storage must confirm availability and complete the written contract before a unit is rented.
